Kindly read the following instructions carefully before proceeding with the online registration.
Online Registration
Registration is mandatory for seeking admission in R.P. School, Nagbal.
Online Registration starts from Sunday, 04 October 2026.
Last date for submission of the registration form is Saturday, 10 October 2026.
Documents Required During Online Registration
  1. A recent passport-sized photograph of the child in JPEG format is required. The photograph of the child should be taken in a white hijab against a red background. (Maximum size is 1 MB).
  2. Ensure you have the child's Date of Birth (D.O.B.) Certificate in .jpg or .JPEG format (Maximum size: 1 MB).
    Note: The Date of Birth should be valid and verifiable online.
  3. A valid Parent's Mobile Number and Email ID must be available for communication.
Entrance Test and Selection
  1. An entrance test will be conducted as part of the admission process.
  2. Selection will be based on the child's performance in the entrance test and subsequent interaction.
Documents to Bring on the Day of Interaction
  1. Original Birth Certificate.
  2. Photocopy of Aadhaar Card of the child and both parents.
  3. Marks Card of Golden Test.
  4. Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner.
  5. Blood Group Report of the child.
  6. If parent is an alumnus/alumna of the school, produce supporting documents.
  7. If sibling is studying in the school, submit the latest fee receipt and report card.
  8. Single parent applicants should provide relevant documentary proof.
Important Instructions
  1. Incomplete registration forms will not be accepted.
  2. Do not submit more than one registration form for the same child.
  3. Submission of the registration form does not guarantee admission.
  4. Admission depends upon seat availability and school policy.
  5. Upon successful review of your registration form, an Interaction Card will be issued and made available in your Parent Dashboard. Kindly download and present the card at the Parent–Teacher Interaction.
  6. After confirmation of admission, fee must be deposited within the stipulated time, failing which admission shall stand cancelled.
Verification of Documents
  1. Final admission is subject to verification of all original documents along with photocopies.

  2. The decision of the School Management regarding admission shall be final and binding.
  3. Any attempt to influence the admission process directly or indirectly may lead to cancellation of the application.
